We want you to love your Lily Lolo products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that products are returned in their original packaging and meet our hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
